We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover. We also accept mobile payments like Apple Pay and Samsung Pay. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Simply provide your first and last name to the ticket attendant at the gate when you arrive and they can look up your ticket purchase and check you in manually – no need to reach out to customer support.
Tickets can be purchased at the gate. Please note that promotional prices which may appear from time to time on our site that are not honored at the gate.
For your safety, you must remain in your vehicle while you’re at the Merry & Bright Light Shows™. You will have great photo opportunities from inside the vehicle!
We are open rain or shine! In the event of extreme weather we do occasionally need to close for the evening. Should we close due to severe weather, per our refund/cancellation policy, if your ticket was purchased for a specific date, we will automatically be reactivated for use any other night the show is open without needing to reach out to customer support. Moreover, if you hold a ticket that allows you to attend any night the show is open, your ticket is of course still usable any night the show is open this season.
All sales are final, we do not offer refunds. In the event your ticket date is canceled due to weather, technological issues, or some other unforeseen circumstance we will automatically renew your ticket for use any other night the show is open, free of charge. By purchasing a ticket you agree to these terms and conditions. Moreover, no agent or employee of Merry & Bright Light Show can change or modify this policy.
For safety reasons, we will only be allowing cars & personal trucks (pickup trucks, SUV’s, etc. are perfectly fine) into the show. No buses, limos, trailers, trollies, etc. Two-axel “church vans” are permitted. No exceptions will be made.
Please note that live support is offered on a limited basis. Due to large volumes of email/chat requests, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to respond to all inquiries when submitted.
Please send us an email OR a message through Facebook chat and allow us up to 2 business days to receive a reply before messaging us again. This allows us to better serve our customers, and avoid responding twice to the same concern. Also note that we respond to all messages on a first come, first served basis and therefore messaging us multiple times will not result in a faster reply.
